About us
Mariwasa has designed and made orders, decorations, medals and uniform accessories since 1975 for the states, institutions and services that award them, and for the recipients who wear them for the rest of their lives.

Chasing, enamelling, stone setting and stitching are done by hand, piece by piece, in our own workshop.
Gold, silver, vitreous enamel and gemstones, worked to the standard an honour deserves.
Heraldry, materials and narrative worked through with you before anything is struck included with every commission.
Ribands and collars fitted to the recipient, miniatures and bars supplied, assistance before and on the day.
Pieces already in service are cleaned, repaired and returned to wearable condition, however long ago they left us.
How we work
Traditional technique where it shows in the piece, and modern tooling where it makes the piece truer both on the same bench.
Our products are made using time-honoured methods and techniques; hand-chasing, manual sculpting, and hand-casting. Precious gems are carefully set piece by piece, ribbons tucked, folded and hand-stitched, while precious enamels are fired by hand, sanded, and fired again until perfection is achieved.
In the last four decades, we have made significant investments in modernizing our methods and processes. Without sidelining traditional artistry and craft, all our products are conceived and produced using the latest available technology in CAD and CAM.
